Shipping Policy
  • UpSpeed Shipping Chargers - Free Shipping is available on orders above Rs.2499/-. Shipping Charges will be waived off automatically if the cart value is more than Rs.2499/-. For Cart Value less than Rs.2499/- Standard Shipping charges of Rs.149 will be applied per order. You can choose Express Delivery Option for Rs.249/-. In Standard Shipping product will be delivered in 5-15 Business Days. In Express Shipping product will be delivered in 3-5 Business Day. ( Actual Delivery Date may vary because of the current pandemic situation. 
  • UpSPeed shipping vendors - We are tie-up with various delivery vendors for fast delivery and reliable delivery pan India. You will get an update regarding the shipping vendor assigned to your order via email.
  • You can check the status of delivery in the My order section in your profile. If you have any issues, just write to us at info@upspeed.in we will connect with you and resolve the issue on priority.
  • Live status of delivery - You will get an AWB/Tracking ID in your order section in the profile section. Track using AWB/Tracking ID at your allotted shipping vendor website tracking section.
  • Customer selection of shipping vendors - Currently we do not provide a selection of shipping vendors to customers. We will ship your product according to product size and delivery location from the reliable shipping vendor we choose.
  • Delivery Timeline - For processing your order we need 24-48 hours. You will receive your product within 5 - 15 working days in Pan India. Currently, your delivery might get delayed because of pandemic restrictions based on order location. Still, you can track your current delivery status with AWB/Tracking ID shared with you by mail.
  • What to do if you received an ‘out for delivery’ message from the shipping vendor but the product is not delivered? - Just relax, and send an email at info@upspeed.in with order details we will connect with the shipping vendor regarding the delay and update you on the status of delivery.
  • What to do if I received a damaged product at the time of delivery? - Click photos immediately and make sure to have a time & location stamp on your photos. And immediately connect with info@upspeed.in with all the details and photos. We will check and provide the solution to this on priority.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • Return Period - You can return the period within 10 days from the delivered date.
  • Return procedure - Our Technical Team working on providing all features for a seamless customer experience. Meanwhile, just write to us at info@upspeed.in for a return request once we receive a return request for the respective order will check and update order status within 24 hrs & arrange for our shipping vendor to collect products.
  • Cancellation of return request - If your return period is over, we will not be able to process your return request.
  • Steps included in the return of product?
   1. Select your product for return and create a return request for that product.
   2. We will arrange the shipping vendor for the pickup of the product.
  3. Make sure to click pictures and video of the product while packing it will be helpful in clarification if any issue arises regarding damage of product during the return delivery.
   4. Make sure to pack the product in the original product along with all the accessories delivered along with the product.
   5. Handover the product to the delivery person assigned for return.
   6. Once we received the product we will check if the product is in unused condition, damage if any, all the accessories are returned back along with the original packing.
   7. We will initiate the refund for the product and you will get a refund within 5-15 days in your source account.
  • What if you lost my original packing or accessories of the product and wish you return the product? - Sorry but we will unable to accept the return in those cases.
  • Can you get an exchange of products? - We will unable to exchange the product currently, you need to return the product and we will refund the amount you paid for it. You need to place a new order you need to purchase.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation of order - Our Technical Team working on providing all features for a seamless customer experience. Meanwhile, just write to us at info@upspeed.in for a cancellation request once we receive the cancellation request for the respective order, will check and update the order status within 24 hrs & will process your refund on priority.
  • You are not able to cancel the product if the product is already shipped.
  • Charges for cancellation & return - For cancellation or return requests we will initiate a 100% refund for the amount you paid. (If customer followed all the due procedure of return or cancellation)
