UpSpeed is a online platform which connect users of pan india to vendors for delivery of performace & spare parts.




Which types of products are available at UpSpeed?


You can get products from various categories such as performance parts, spare parts, accessories, riding gears. Also, if you want any specific product just write to us on info@upspeed.in we will try to find it and deliver to you.




How we can deliver products at lower prices than market?


We directly get our products from dealer because of which we eliminate any middle agency so we are able to provide you products at discounted rate from market. Also, we make sure to deliver 100% genuine products without ant compromise.




Do UpSpeed have aftermarket products?


Yes, we have after markets products available with us. In product description you will able to check if product is OEM or Aftermarket.




How I know origin of product (country)?


In the product description you can get details about origin of product (country) mentioned for respective product.





Place an order

How can I place an order?


It is super easy !! Just visit our website, Signup to create your account. Select the product you want to purchase, fill up the delivery location and make the payment & it’s Done !! Then relax your product will be delivered to your location.




How can I check status of my order?


You can check status of order in the My order section in your profile. If you have any issue just write to us on info@upspeed.in we will connect with you and resolve the issue on priority.




How can I know my order is placed?


You will get all updates via email every time you place an order.




What kind of payment options available while placing an order?


You can choose among various options available at payment page. We accept payment via Payubiz,Razorpay which supports Debit/Credit cards, UPI, Netbanking, wallets.




Can I place an order using COD?


Sorry, currently we not accept order using COD (cash on delivery) but we working hard to accept order using COD in future.





Delivery of product

When will I receive my order?


Once you placed your order we will intimate you the approximate delivery timeline for specific products. It will be depends upon product availability and delivery location. You can also track your order by using AWB/Reference ID provided to you.




How can I know delivery details of my order?


You can check status of delivery in the My order section in your profile. If you have any issue, just write to us on info@upspeed.in we will connect with you and resolve the issue on priority.




How can I check live status of my delivery?


You will get an AWB/Tracking ID at your order section in profile section. Track using AWB/Tracking ID at your allotted shipping vendor website tracking section.




Who are UpSpeed shipping vendors?


We tieup with various delivery vendors for fast delivery and reliable delivery pan India. You will get an update regarding shipping vendor assigned to your order via email.




What should I do if no any email received regarding shipping for my order?


Just relax, we are working on your order or we already shipping it. If no any update received just write to us at info@upspeed.in with your order details we will update on priority.




Can I choose my shipping vendor?


Currently No. We will ship you product according to product size and delivery location from reliable shipping vendor we choose.




What to do if I received ‘out for delivery’ message from shipping vendor but product is not delivered?


Just relax, and send an email at info@upspeed.in with order details we will connect with shipping vendor regarding delay and update you the status of delivery.




What to do if I received damaged product at time of delivery?


Click photos immediately and make sure to have time & location stamp on your photos. And immediately connect with at info@upspeed.in with all the details and photos. We will check and provide solution to this on priority.





Return procedure

What is return period for an order?


You can return period within 10 days from delivered date.




How can I return my product?


Just go to My Profile section and submit a request from Return / Cancel Request section or you can also, just write to us on info@upspeed.in for a return request once we receive a return request for the respective order and update order status within 24 hrs & arrange for our shipping vendor to collect products.




Why my return request is cancelled?


If your return period is over, we will not be able to process your return request.




Steps included in return of product?


1. Select your product for return and create a return request for that product.

2. We will arrange the shipping vendor for pickup of product.

3. Make sure to click pictures and video of product while packing it will be helpful in clarification if any issue arises regarding damage of product during return delivery.

4. Make sure to pack the product in original product along with all the accessories delivered along with product.

5. Handover the product to the delivery person assigned for return.

6. Once we received the product we will check if product is in unused condition, damage if any, all the accessories are return back along with original packing.

7. We will initiate the refund for product and you will get refund within 5-15 days in your source account.




What if I lost my original packing or accessories of product and wish you return the product?


Sorry but we will unable to accept the return in those cases.




Can we get exchange of product?


We will unable to exchange the product currently, you need to return the product and we will refund the amount you paid for it. You need place a new order you need to purchase.





Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?


Just go to My Profile section and submit a request from Return / Cancel Request section or you can also, just write to us on info@upspeed.in for a return request once we receive a return request for the respective order and update order status within 24 hrs & arrange for our shipping vendor to collect products.




Can I cancel my order once my order is shipped?


You are not be able to cancel the product if product is already shipped.




Any charges are deducted while initiating refund?


For cancellation or return request we will initiate 100% refund for amount you paid.





Payment Related

What modes of payments are accepted?


UpSpeed accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards, Net banking & Wallets. All payments are made in advance through our website or mobile app. Sorry, we do not accept cash.




I had problems while the payment was being made after I entered my credit or debit card details. Has my order been made?


No. If your payment does not succeed for whatever reason, the system will not confirm your order. In order to complete the order process, payment has to be done upfront.




Money has been deducted from my credit/debit card but I didn't get any confirmation message / mail. Has my order confirmed?


Please wait for half an hour. You will surely get a confirmation message.




How do I identify the transaction on my credit or debit card statement?


Each transaction with UpSpeed will appear marked as from 'UpSpeed India'




How will I receive my Refund?


Refund will be initiated to the account/card used to make the payment and will take 5 to 15 days to settle.




How long do refunds take?


All Refunds made shall be through the original payment account only within 5 to 15 working days.
